WWC Members Only
Come visit the Florence Griswold Museum, the home of American Impressionism, for their annual Faerieville exhibit, which shows over thirty perfectly hand-crafted, faerie size buildings, spread over the 13 acres of the Museum's historic site. This exhibit only happens during the month of October. Admission is $15, with docent for our group.
After the museum, members will have the option of staying in Old Lyme for lunch as well. Lunch details will be forthcoming closer to the event.
Join us for this fun event and travel a little further afield this fall to visit this beautiful part of Connecticut, and see one of our state's treasures. Hurry and sign up now!
Tour Schedule: Group will arrive at 10am for docent-guided tours of the exhibitions on view in the Krieble Gallery (Oscar Fehrer: Reflecting and Reflections, A Room of Her Own (Ballad of Ruth Coxe), and World War I and the Lyme Art Colony) as well as the Griswold Boardinghouse for artists, circa 1910. Also available is the outdoor event Wee Faerie Village Presents FAERIEVILLE, USA.
